OCS Parent/Caregiver Experience Survey

The survey opens Monday, April 15 and will remain open through Friday, April 26. 

In addition to the parent/caregiver survey, we are seeking feedback from our students, grades 3-12. Students in grades 3-12 will be taking the Student Experience survey at school this week or next. We have attached the Student Experience survey questions to this email, so you can see them in advance. Just like the parent/caregiver survey, the responses are completely anonymous. I look forward to gathering feedback from our students and using this information to shape the future of Oldham County Schools. 

Your feedback and that of your children will be used to celebrate our successes and to create action plans for improvement.
